1. Agreement
By booking Frame Motion or using this website, you agree to these terms. They apply to all enquiries, quotes and projects unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Our services
We provide commercial, brand film and music video production, from development through post-production. The scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are set out in a written quote or agreement.
3. Payments and schedules
Projects are quoted individually. A deposit secures your booking dates, and the balance is invoiced at agreed milestones. Schedule changes made after confirmation may affect the price and availability.
4. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, rights to the final deliverables transfer to you once the project is paid in full. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and to retain raw footage and working files.
5. Limitation of liability
We take care on every project, but our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected services. We aren’t liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
